Posturepro Online Store Policy – Terms and Conditions

Customer Satisfaction
At Posturepro we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please advise us so we can rectify any problems immediately.


Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns on used or opened products. Returns and exchanges can be made within 10 days of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with such returns or exchanges.


Security and Privacy
Please note that at Posturepro, protecting your personal information is a priority. All your personal information is confidential. We do not share your personal information (name, address, phone number, email, credit card number etc.) with anyone. Only Posturepro has access to your information for the purpose of processing your orders and communicating with you. When placing an order and inputting your personal information into our online store, please ensure that your connection is secure. We do not recommend placing orders from public computers and/or open/unsecure Internet connections.

Shipping
All orders received by noon PST are shipped the same business day, Monday to Friday. All orders received after noon PST will ship the next business day, Monday to Friday. All shipping times are approximate and will be shipped from our distribution centers via Canada Post. Please allow the following number of days from the date the order was entered to receive your delivery:
• Western US: 5-7 business days
• Eastern US: 1-5 business days

All orders are shipped from our office in Canada through Canada Post and include insurance and tracking number. Shipping charges, taxes, duties are at the cost of the recipient.


Force Majeure
Posturepro shall not be responsible for any delay or failure of delivery due to any cause beyond its control, including, without limitation, the inability of the manufacturer to deliver, acts of god, acts of the customers or any of its representatives, statute, ordinance, regulation, order or other governmental affair, fire, accident, adverse weather, strike, slowdown, riot, terrorism, war or delay in transportation. In the event of such a delay, the delivery date will be extended for a period equal to the time lost by reason of delay.

 

Changes
Posturepro reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By using our online store, you are agreeing to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions each time you visit our website.


Use of our Online Store
The use of our online store is restricted to clients who are certified through our seminars. Prior authorization is required to create an account in our online store. You will only be able to sign-in to our site once you’ve signed our updated 2012 terms and conditions. Please contact info@posturepro.ca for a copy of our new terms and conditions. Please fax or scan them back to us, signed, so that we can proceed with your authorization.
