Mathieu Boulé

Mathieu holds a bachelor degree in education and is a Muscle Activation Techniques Certified Specialist (MAT), Active Release Techniques (ART) provider and posturologist, recognized by the Collège d'études International de la Statique.

He has been involved in helping individuals optimize their performance for over 10 years. He has worked with various clienteles such as NHL superstars, tri athletes and competitive Olympic lifters.

He is pursuing his studies in osteopathy, as well as the Mastery program in Muscle Activation Techniques in Colorado and the Resistance Training Specialist Mastery program in Oklahoma.

Mathieu's main interest is to combine treatment modalities in order to optimize physical performance. As well, he has developed a network of professionals (ophthalmologist, dentist, and chiropractor) to achieve this goal faster.

Mathieu's ultimate goal is to combine different science based and clinically relevant therapeutic approaches in order to asses and treat disorders of the physical body effectively and naturally.
